The White Room by Nella Beljan

Nella has created a space of aesthetic inspiration and retail for art, fashion, interior and a mindful lifestyle, both online on her instagram account @nella.beljan and @nellbeljangallery (former: @zora_auguste) and at her retail space in Berlin, Germany. Every couple of months Nella Beljan curates editions, presenting sculptures, handcrafted objects, sustainable or ethical fashion labels and a selection of high-quality pre-owned fashion and interior pieces to their international audience to purchase.

For the White Room, the main piece I created is a triptych of vases named “Ground, Center, Open”, inspired by my yoga practice : a healing journey, similar to how I approach pottery. There is indeed a strong connection between my experience on the wheel, meditation and yoga - with often a similar vocabulary and deeply, the same connection to humankind through the centuries.

The selection also includes small cups and large mugs, in hues from pure white to beige and dark brown.
